The position emphasizes data-driven evaluation, documentation compliance, and accreditation readiness, with responsibility for policy development and cross-team collaboration to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field and one year of professional level substance abuse counseling experience.
• Licensure as LMHC, MHC or LCSW or CAP certification is required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass Level 2 background check; ongoing background checks.
• Valid Florida Driver License with MVR meeting policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and develops clinical staff; oversees program development and quality assurance activities.
• Ensures data-driven evaluations and documentation compliance; prepares accreditation materials.
• Reviews clinical documentation for staff and develops policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with department leadership and external partners to design program evaluations.
• Maintains liaison with community programs and other social services agencies.
