Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in a Human Service field, current CAP/MCAP/LMHC/LCSW/LMFT license, and 2–3 years of supervisory experience. You will enforce policies, contribute to treatment protocols, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a Human Service field from an accredited college/university.
• Current CAP/MCAP/LMHC/LCSW/LMFT license as applicable.
• 2–3 years of supervisory and/or clinical supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises counselors and clinical staff delivering assessment and treatment to clients.
• Oversees client program: evaluates staff performance and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Serves as a resource to counselors, providing clinical supervision and guidance.
• Interprets and enforces policies, contributes to treatment protocol development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
