Job summary

La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) seeks a qualified Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical and administrative operations across assigned programs in Southern New Mexico. You will supervise staff, review documentation, and coach on diagnoses and quality measures.

You may provide biopsychosocial assessments and individual, couples, family, or group therapy as needed. Must be independently licensed in NM with at least one year of supervisory experience and comply with background checks and board

Qualifications

• Must be independently licensed in NM (LISW/LPCC/LMFT, or Psychiatrist/Psychologist) and have 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Willing to use personal vehicle for work when needed.
• Background check, TB screen, and drug testing required.
• Board approval as supervisor with counseling and social work boards will be pursued.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative oversight of assigned programs.
• Conduct individual supervision for staff; review documentation for non‑independently licensed staff.
• Coach on diagnosis and quality measures; participate in quality improvement meetings.
• Coordinate with other supervisors for group supervision; participate in operational meetings.
• Provide services as needed, including biopsychosocial assessments and therapy (individual, couples, family, group).

Job Summary: The clinical supervisor is responsible for clinical and administrative oversight of the programs assigned. Clinical supervisor will conduct individual supervision for assigned staff, review documentation for non-independently licensed staff and provide coaching and guidance on diagnosis and quality measures, coordinate with other supervisors in facilitating clinical group supervision, and participate in quality improvement and operational meetings. Clinical supervisor may also provide services to patients which may include biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.

Core Competencies:

• Knowledge of various modes of psychotherapy and evidence-based practices, especially crisis intervention and short‑term models using individual, group, and familial approaches.
• Skill in assessment procedures, diagnostic evaluation, therapeutic treatment, and case management practices including follow‑up and closure.
• Ability to establish therapeutic alliance with clients and their families.
• Ability to work effectively on a multi‑disciplinary team and with the public.
• Assesses and incorporates culture into assessment and treatment processes

Job Requirements:

• Must be independently licensed in the State of New Mexico (LISW, LPCC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychiatrist or Psychologist).
• Have a minimum of one year supervisory experience
• Must be willing to use personal vehicle in the course of employment when needed.
• Must submit to LCDF required background check, TB screen and drug testing.
• Must be or apply to be board approved supervisor with counseling and social work boards
