Job summary

La Clinica de Familia is seeking a clinical supervisor to provide clinical and administrative oversight for the programs assigned. The role includes coaching staff, reviewing documentation, and coordinating with other supervisors to support quality improvement and regulatory compliance.

Duties may include biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and delivering individual, family, or group therapy as needed. Licensure in NM and at least one year of supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be independently licensed in the State of New Mexico (LISW, LPCC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychiatrist or Psychologist).
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• Willing to use personal vehicle when needed; background check and TB screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative oversight for assigned programs.
• Conduct individual supervision for staff and review documentation.
• Provide coaching and guidance on diagnosis and quality measures; participate in quality improvement meetings.
• Coordinate with other supervisors to facilitate clinical group supervision.
• Provide services to patients as needed (biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, individual/family/group therapy).

Job Summary

The clinical supervisor is responsible for clinical and administrative oversight of the programs assigned. The clinical supervisor will conduct individual supervision for assigned staff, review documentation for non-independently licensed staff and provide coaching and guidance on diagnosis and quality measures, coordinate with other supervisors in facilitating clinical group supervision, and participate in quality improvement and operational meetings. The clinical supervisor may also provide services to patients which may include biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.

• Knowledge of various modes of psychotherapy and evidence-based practices, especially crisis intervention and short-term models using individual, group, and familial approaches.
• Skill in assessment procedures, diagnostic evaluation, therapeutic treatment, and case management practices including follow-up and closure.

• Ability to work effectively on a multi-disciplinary team and with the public.

Job Requirements

• Must be independently licensed in the State of New Mexico (LISW, LPCC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychiatrist or Psychologist).
• Have a minimum of one year supervisory experience
• Must be willing to use personal vehicle in the course of employment when needed.
• Must submit to LCDF required background check, TB screen and drug testing.
• Must be or apply to be board approved supervisor with counseling and social work boards
