Job summary

Inside Passage Counseling is seeking an experienced, Washington State-approved clinical supervisor to support the professional growth of associate-licensed clinicians at our practice. We’re looking for a thoughtful, engaged supervisor who values collaboration, ethical practice, and helping clinicians build the skills and confidence they need to provide exceptional care.

In this role, you’ll provide individual or dyadic supervision to associate clinicians, supporting their clinical development, case conceptualization, and growth toward independent licensure. You’ll also maintain your own client caseload, balancing supervision with direct clinical work.

We welcome applicants licensed as an LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist who meet Washington State requirements to supervise associate clinicians.
