Requirements include a Master’s degree, WA licensure or eligibility (LMHC/LICSW/LMFT), 2 years post‑master’s experience, and supervision experience. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong communication and EBPs adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree requirement for clinical licensure eligibility.
• Two years post-master’s experience in outpatient settings.
• 1–2 years clinical supervision or related on‑the‑job education.
• Certifications for special populations preferred.
• Training in multiple EBPs desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to assigned clinical staff.
• Oversee credentialing and license status of staff.
• Assist with case record reviews for quality and compliance.
• Participate in administrative activities to support service delivery.
• Attend various meetings (staff, clinical, management, QA) as required.
• Maintain a small caseload with 30% productivity focus.
• Support EBPs implementation with fidelity across populations.
