Job summary

Inside Passage Counseling in Bellingham, WA seeks a Clinical Director to lead supervision, training, and clinical operations. This role reports to the founder and supports team culture while driving service quality.

The ideal candidate has licensure supervision experience and expertise in modalities such as IFS, EMDR, EFT, or Gottman, and can maintain a reduced caseload of 12–15 clients weekly while expanding community outreach.

Qualifications

• Must lead clinical team through supervision, training, and practice maintenance.
• Experience supervising clinicians for licensure; supervision of supervision preferred.
• Strong training ability in modalities such as IFS, EMDR, EFT, or Gottman Method.
• Ability to manage a reduced caseload (12–15 clients weekly).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train clinicians; ensure ethical, competent psychotherapy.
• Support leadership, contribute to culture, and help the group grow.
• Guide onboarding of new staff; develop outreach and referral partnerships.
