Advocate Health is seeking a Clinical Studies Coordinator II to advance translational neuroscience research in Winston-Salem, NC. This role coordinates clinical studies, supports participant recruitment, ensures regulatory compliance, and collaborates with investigators to translate scientific discoveries into improved patient care.

Ideal candidates are organized and detail-oriented, passionate about clinical research, and able to work in person with occasional travel to Charlotte research

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with two years' clinical research experience or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating clinical research studies and participant recruitment.
• SOCRA or ACRP certification preferred; must complete CITI for Human Subject Research if not already completed.

Responsibilities

• Works under the direction of the Study Investigators or Clinical Research Nurse Manager with minimal supervision.
• Participates actively in recruitment of patients to studies.
• Performs protocol-specific duties required by the research protocol.
• Obtains or assists PI in obtaining informed consent from subjects and families.
• Fulfills sponsor requirements related to adverse events and other protocol data.
• Abstracts data from medical records and completes case report forms with source documentation.
