Job summary

Videa seeks a Director of Clinical to serve as the clinical voice with customers, prospects and partners, bringing chairside credibility to conversations across the sales process and customer success engagements.

Reporting to the VP of Enterprise & Growth and collaborating with the CEO and leadership team, this role links clinical needs with how Videa sells, supports, and builds its products, with a path to leading the clinical side of the business.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD with chairside experience, within ~15 years
• Experience in a customer-facing or commercial role since leaving practice
• Track record of supporting sales or customer conversations
• Executive presence with DSO leadership credibility
• Comfortable traveling up to 25% of the time

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical discussions with DSO clinical leaders, doctors and hygienists
• Shape clinical messaging to ensure credibility chairside
• Support deal strategy by identifying clinical champions and addressing concerns early
