Great Lakes Management Co. is seeking a Clinical Assistant Staffing Coordinator to support the DON and clinical team with staffing, scheduling, and resident documentation at Hayden Grove Senior Living in St Anthony, MN.

The role emphasizes safe, consistent care and effective communication. You will coordinate RN/DON schedules, monitor vital signs documentation, assist with charting and regulatory tasks, and provide staff training to ensure service quality while maintaining a positive team

Qualificações

• One year of experience in home health, assisted living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to take initiative and follow through with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate clinical staff schedules with the RN/DON, including open shifts, call-offs, time-off requests, and coverage needs.
• Proactively identify staffing gaps and communicate schedule changes to staff and leadership.
• Maintain accurate staff schedules, availability, and scheduling records.
• Verify resident service schedules and updates under RN/DON supervision.
• Maintain service agreements, resident charts, progress notes, and clinical documentation per regulations.
• Enter provider new resident information; assemble new charts and process discharged charts.
• Coordinate with Rehab regarding therapy start/end dates and staff follow-through.
• Monitor completion of resident blood pressures, weights, and pulses.
• Report changes in residents' health status and concerns to clinical staff.
• Make daily rounds and communicate pertinent resident information through systems or meetings.
• Coach Residents Assistants on care procedures, activities, and one-to-one interactions.
• Encourage resident participation in activities based on needs and preferences.
• Provide education and support to staff regarding interactions with residents with dementia.
• Provide meal supervision as needed and promote a positive team environment.
• Attend staff meetings and assist DON with emergency procedures.
• Report accidents/incidents and respond to emergencies per procedures.
• Support regulatory compliance and participate in state/federal surveys as needed.
• Maintain flexibility to respond to clinical concerns outside regular hours.
