Great Lakes Management Co. is seeking a Clinical Assistant Staffing Coordinator at Hayden Grove Senior Living in Hayden, ID. The role supports the DON and clinical team with staff scheduling, coordination, resident documentation, and resident care needs.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a pay range of $25–$27 per hour. Full benefits are included, and the position emphasizes safe, consistent care for residents and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• One year of experience in home health, assisted living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred.
• Staff scheduling or staffing coordination experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with initiative and follow-through.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate clinical staff schedules with RN/DON, including open shifts, call-offs, time-off requests, and coverage needs.
• Proactively identify staffing gaps and communicate schedule changes to staff and leadership.
• Maintain accurate staff schedules, availability, and scheduling records.
• Verify resident service schedules and updates under RN/DON supervision.
• Maintain service agreements, resident charts, progress notes, and clinical documentation.
• Enter provider new resident information; assemble new charts and process discharged charts.
• Coordinate with Rehab regarding therapy start/end dates and exercises.
• Monitor completion of resident blood pressures, weights, and pulses.
• Report changes in health status and concerns to appropriate clinical staff.
• Make daily rounds and communicate pertinent resident information through systems or meetings.
• Coach Resident Assistants on care procedures and engagement.
• Encourage resident participation in activities based on needs and preferences.
• Provide education and support to staff regarding interactions for residents with dementia.
• Provide meal supervision as needed and promote teamwork.
• Attend staff meetings and assist with emergency procedures.
• Report accidents/incidents and respond to emergencies.
• Support regulatory compliance and participate in surveys as needed.
• Maintain flexibility to respond to clinical concerns outside regular hours.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
