Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in IL.
• BLS certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Collects case history and integrates information from patient and family to plan care.
• Conducts speech and language assessments using standard procedures.
• Develops and implements an evidence-based plan of care with measurable goals.
• Interprets information to make recommendations for intervention.
• Educates patients and caregivers on home programs and staff coordination.
