Qualifications

• MS/MA in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• ASHA CCCs or eligibility for CFY required to pursue CCCs
• Current state licensure in good standing
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech therapy rehab for patients as referred by physicians
• Collaborate with patients, families and care teams to plan patient needs
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards consistent with Life Care policies
• Ensure accurate charting and documentation in a timely manner
• Follow department goals, policies, and procedures and participate in compliance training
