• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral or 1 business day; document delays clearly.
• Develop and obtain approval for treatment plans from referring physician.
• Treat patients according to the physician plan.
• Supervise SLPA in direct patient care and related activities.
• Communicate patient progress to supervisor and health team members.
