• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• 1–2 years of progressively responsible experience.
• ASHA certification.
• SP-L license in DC within 90 days.

• Establishes treatment goals and develops therapeutic programs.
• Determines oral intake suitability and alternative nutrition as needed.
• Performs procedures like esophageal voice training and FEEs as indicated.
• Documents progress and communicates with care team; ensures billing documentation.
