Job summary

MedStar Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. You will diagnose and treat patients with speech-language and swallowing disorders from neurogenic or surgical etiologies, and develop therapy modalities while determining when to discontinue therapy.

Required are a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA certification, 1–2 years of experience, and SP-L licensure in DC within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certification is required.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SP-L) in DC within 90 days is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluations of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
