Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Postgraduate year 2 residency experience or similar experience
• Licensed Pharmacist - MN/WI as applicable upon hire

Responsibilities

• Coordinates improvement and quality opportunities.
• Mentors and promotes the role of staff pharmacists to enhance clinical practice.
• Evaluates medication use and participates in drug formulary reviews.
• Coordinates resident and student education and preceptorship for pharmacy residents.
• Monitors patient safety and provides patient education.
• Leads specialty practice areas and clinical consultation as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
