Job summary

Calyxo, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Specialist to proctor cases, train surgical teams, and provide critical intraoperative product support for CVAC procedures.

The role involves preparing instruments, ensuring safe device use, and coordinating with hospital staff to optimize patient outcomes. Ideal candidates have surgical tech, radiology, nursing, or laser tech backgrounds and must be willing to travel up to 90% in the assigned territory, region, or nation.

Qualifications

Clinical experience including scrub tech, radiology tech, nursing or related roles.
Experience with surgical technique and sterile procedures is highly valued.
Willingness to travel up to 90% and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

Provide intraoperative clinical product support and case coverage as assigned.
Train surgical teams on instrument prep and procedure workflows to ensure patient safety.
Maintain equipment readiness, kits, and inventory compliance for each case.
Collaborate with Regional Clinical Manager and commercial teams on education and case outcomes.
Support physician and staff training programs and residency education as needed.
