Job summary

Calyxo, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support CVAC procedures, train surgical teams, and ensure optimal patient outcomes in our Pleasanton, CA area.

You will manage instrument prep, provide clinical product assistance, and partner with hospital staff to deliver effective physician education. Ideal candidates have perioperative clinical experience, intraoperative coaching skills, and a willingness to travel; the role includes comprehensive compensation, benefits, and stock options.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in operating rooms or perioperative settings.
• Intraoperative coaching and patient-focused support.
• Ability to train surgical teams and educate staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical case coverage and assist in patient outcomes.
• Train surgical teams on instrument prep and procedural flow.
• Maintain equipment readiness and perform QC audits.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinical Manager on engagement and training.
• Travel within territory and beyond as needed.
