Qualifications

• Clinical experience in surgical settings preferred.
• Ability to coach and train perioperative teams.
• Willingness to travel 90% by car as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical case coverage as assigned.
• Train surgical team for optimal patient outcomes.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of perioperative surgical technology and hospital policies.
• Develop technical acumen to serve as educational resource.
• Demonstrate professional interactions with hospital staff.
• Prepare and maintain equipment/kits; perform QC audits.
• Troubleshoot equipment per procedures.
• Provide intraoperative clinical product support.
• Ensure inventory accuracy with documents.
• Reconcile inventory usage and shortages.
• Assist in physician and staff procedural training.
• Support education of APPs, office and hospital staff.
• Facilitate Residency Education together with TS(M).
• Ensure compliance with company policies on interactions with healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with Clinical Specialist teams for case reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
