Job summary

Saluda Medical is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide primary clinical support to sales teams, deliver product demonstrations, assist with patient care, and install and maintain Evoke System implants in hospital settings.

You will train physicians and staff, support OR procedures, and collaborate with R&D, marketing, and field engineering to drive adoption of the closed‑loop neuromodulation platform while upholding Saluda's patient‑centric values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical or hospital environment.
• 3+ years of experience in implantable medical devices.
• Operating room experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and staff at assigned clinical sites by providing ongoing education and clinical expertise regarding the use of the company’s products.
• Possess and share superior clinical knowledge of the Company’s products, their clinical applications, instructions for use and procedural techniques.
• Provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff on the use of the company’s products.
• Provide case support, including Operating Room/Procedure support.
• Work with sales, marketing, and R & D personnel to communicate product, clinical and market information to appropriate Saluda personnel to support and develop product improvements.
• Serve as primary resource for clinical support including, but not limited to: troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.
• Perform patient follow-up to assure customer and patient success with the implanted products.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with hospital personnel.
• Visit customers and patients in a clinical environment (hospitals, operating rooms, clinics and surgical centers).
