Job summary

Saluda Medical is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide primary clinical support to sales teams, deliver product demonstrations, and assist with installation and maintenance of the Evoke System in hospital and clinic settings.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in a clinical environment, and experience with implantable medical devices. You will train physicians and staff, support operating room procedures, and help grow Saluda’s neuromodulation program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of clinical/hospital experience.
• 3+ years of experience with implantable medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and staff at clinical sites, providing ongoing education and clinical expertise on the products.
• Demonstrate superior clinical knowledge of Evoke System, instructions for use, and procedural techniques.
• Provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff on product use.
• Offer case support including operating room/procedure support.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D to relay product, clinical, and market information for improvements.
• Serve as primary clinical support resource for troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up.
• Perform patient follow-ups to ensure customer and patient success with implanted products.
• Travel to hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers to visit customers and patients.
