Job summary

Saluda Medical in the United States is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support sales by providing clinical education and product demonstrations to physicians and hospital staff. You will assist with patient care, installation, and ongoing service of the Evoke System, ensuring treatment aligns with real-time neurophysiological feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical or hospital environment.
• 3+ years of experience in implantable medical devices.
• Operating room experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and staff at assigned clinical sites by providing a high level of service and responsiveness.
• Provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff on the use of the company’s products.
• Provide case support, including Operating Room/Procedure support.
• Work with sales, marketing, and R & D personnel to communicate product and clinical information to Saluda personnel.
• Serve as primary resource for clinical support including troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up.
• Visit customers and patients in a clinical environment (hospitals, operating rooms, clinics and surgical centers).
