Job summary

Work Flexibility: Field-based It's Time to Join Stryker!

What You Will Do

As the Clinical Specialist with Stryker Enabling Technologies you will provide clinical product support to hospital staff and provide on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures. You will provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and Clinical/Technical support in the operation of the company's navigation technologies, associated equipment and instruments to insure procedural efficiency. You will utilize proprietary software to prepare pre-operative scans for use in conjunction with the company's Enabling Technologies system, assists surgeon in preoperative planning and intra-operative guidance. You will provide prompt and accurate complaint reports per the requirements of Stryker Enabling Technologies quality system. You will provide case coverage at accounts. You will support the development and execution of the sales plan as well as grow the utilization of the navigation technologies by increasing volume with current and potential surgeons. You will actively sell the clinical benefits of the products, and build strong, positive relationships with key surgeons and OR staff at targeted accounts. You will collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to increase communication around product performance. You will obtain purchase orders for products consumed during surgical procedures and maintains and tracks case coverage purchase orders for services provided.

What You Need Required

Bachelors degree preferred OR 6+ years clinical experience Preferred: Sales and/or marketing experience preferred. Additional Information. This position requires the handling of instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids. In compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Stryker will provide a safe working environment for all employees. Possible off-hours, weekends, and holidays to support business needs. Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Must have a valid driver's license.

Work Flexibility

Remote - Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.

Field-based - You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.

Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.

Hybrid - You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
