Job summary

Medtronic CST is seeking a field-based Clinical Specialist in Minneapolis to support surgeons and hospitals with technology-enabled procedures. You will train staff, troubleshoot, and ensure optimal system performance across our Neuorscienc/Navigation/Robotics portfolios. A valid driver's license and 25% travel are required.

The role requires clinical or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience, with opportunities to partner on complex cases and contribute to product enhancements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 6+ years in clinical, medical sales or imaging/navigation/robotics.
• Associate’s Degree with 4+ years in clinical, medical sales or imaging/navigation/robotics.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in clinical, medical sales or imaging/navigation/robotics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, support, and collaborate with NRCs and Surgical Synergy team for on-site installations.
• Represent Medtronic during technology-enabled procedures to provide technical assistance.
• Maintain system hardware and software to maximize performance.
• Install software and hardware upgrades and perform preventive maintenance.
• Provide telephone clinical support and educate hospital staff on our technology.
