Job summary

Medtronic plc seeks a Surgical Onsite Specialist to provide case support, training, and on-site system education across Surgical Centers of Therapy in the NYC region. This remote role requires residency within the territory and occasional travel to accounts, with a valid driver's license essential.

You will perform equipment upgrades, conduct in-service trainings for physicians and staff, assist with product trials and conversions, and ensure inventory readiness to support procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and is a baseline qualification.
• Minimum 1 year in a field-based role with customer interaction.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time procedural support for Surgical COTs in territory.
• Lead on-site training sessions for physicians and staff.
• Perform equipment/software upgrades and audits for compliance.
• Support product trials, conversions, and regional adoption.
• Maintain accurate inventory for smooth procedures.
