Position Description

Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives. CRM seeks collaborative candidates who strive for the greatest reliability and quality in our products, processes, and systems by being accountable, having a voice, and taking action.

Clinical Specialists are required to be within their assigned territory daily and work some weekends and holidays as determined by local management. Weeknight call coverage is primarily the responsibility of Sales Reps, but CSs may be scheduled for weeknight coverage as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Complete CRM Field Technical Training, perform device checks/interrogations, support implants, provide on-call troubleshooting.
  • Operational Support: Complete patient registration, manage inventory, maintain software, assist with logistics.
  • Educational Support: Educate and train physicians and hospital staff, assist in training new Clinical Specialists and Sales Reps.
  • Sales Support: Partner with sales team, understand market dynamics, assist in obtaining customer POs, identify customer needs, provide feedback.
  • Technical Development: Stay updated on new products and complete all training timely.
Qualifications

MUST HAVE - BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma + 6 years healthcare/field sales experience or relevant work utilizing complex math/science, or Associate’s Degree + 4 years, or Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years.

NICE TO HAVE - PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of medical terminology, relationship-building skills, proficiency with Microsoft tools & Salesforce, excellent customer service, communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Job Requirements
  • Frequent travel, mobility, communication, lifting up to 40 lbs, prolonged sitting/standing/walking, environmental exposures, wearing lead aprons, use of hands and vision requirements, driving within territory, and working in clinics and hospitals.
Travel Requirements

Minimum travel of 10%.

Additional Information
