POSITION DESCRIPTION: CAREERS THAT CHANGE LIVES

Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to help meet CRM sales and customer service objectives. We seek collaborative candidates committed to reliability and quality, accountable, vocal, and proactive.

Clinical Specialists must be present in their territory daily for unscheduled needs, work some weekends and holidays, and occasionally participate in weeknight coverage as approved.

A DAY IN THE LIFE: POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technical Support
  • Complete CRM field technical training, including online and field-based modules
  • Perform post-sign-off checks and interrogations of CRM devices
  • Support implant procedures and provide on-call troubleshooting
  • Operational Support
  • Ensure patient registration and hospital documentation are completed
  • Manage inventory and assist with logistics
  • Educational Support
  • Educate and train healthcare staff on products and solutions
  • Assist in training new Clinical Specialists and Sales Reps
  • Sales Support
  • Partner with sales teams to understand market dynamics and customer needs
  • Support sales objectives with feedback and customer engagement
  • Ongoing Technical Development
  • Stay updated on new products and complete training timely
  • Other duties as assigned

MUST HAVE - BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Must demonstrate relevant experience on resume: high school diploma + 6 years healthcare or related experience, or associate's degree + 4 years, or bachelor's degree + 2 years.

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and device industry
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and CRM software
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Frequent travel, mobility, lifting, and environmental exposure
  • Ability to wear lead apron and use various tools and technology

Travel Requirements: Minimum 10% travel expected.
