Job summary

Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers is seeking a Manager of Clinical Solutions to lead clinical reporting and analytics under the VPIS. You will oversee Epic reporting, manage the IS team related to clinical solutions, and collaborate on training, governance, and security.

You will design and validate reports, optimize Power BI and Crystal Reporting usage, and mentor Epic Analysts and Trainers to deliver reliable insights across clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with hosted EPIC or top EMR solution required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• At least 5 years of related experience, including 2 years supervisory experience.
• Healthcare setting experience beneficial.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and implement reports from clinical applications.
• Work with Financial Reporting Analysts as required.
• Analyze data and ensure accuracy and proper data source usage.
• Optimize use of SQL, Crystal Reporting, and Power BI.
• Initiate training for staff on Epic native tools like RWB and Slicer Dicer.
• Promote native EMR reporting to ensure long-term viability.
