Job summary

Sixteenth Street Community Health Center, Inc. seeks a Manager of Clinical Solutions to lead the IS team, manage projects, and provide operational reporting from Epic. You will guide Epic Analysts and Trainers while ensuring HIPAA and cyber security compliance.

The role focuses on optimizing clinical reporting tools such as SQL, Crystal Reporting, and Power BI and coordinating with the VPIS and Director of IS to advance the organization’s technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience with hosted EPIC or top EMR solution.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience, including 2 years supervisory.
• Significant healthcare setting experience; clinical/quality experience beneficial.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist VPIS in managing IS department budget and EHR-related needs.
• Maintain relationships with strategic business partners and VPIS.
• Recommend improvements including clinical AI tools for operations.
• Oversee Epic System Analysts, Data Reporting Analysts, and EHR Trainers.
• Design, test, and implement reports from clinical applications.
• Initiate staff training to improve digital literacy and use of Epic tools.
• Foster native reporting over custom reporting for long-term viability.
• Collaborate with leadership on issues and process improvements.
