You will act as a bridge among Operations, Product, Account Management, Implementation and Technology to coordinate requirements, issues, and initiatives that affect client commitments and business outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring extensive cross-functional leadership, strong communication, and a track record of delivering operational improvements.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 9+ years experience or equivalent; 6 years SME in respective areas.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong organization and prioritization.
• Proven leadership, problem solving, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison across Operations, Product, Account Management, and Technology.
• Coordinate issues, initiatives, decisions, and resolutions with stakeholders.
• Build relationships supporting client commitments and operational effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and governance via new tech and AI tools.
