Qualificações

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling or related clinical field.
• Valid NYS MSW license.
• Two (2) years of full-time case management experience or social work experience.
• Mental health experience, particularly in post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety disorders, and/or substance abuse disorders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical assessment by reviewing self-report measures or administering clinical psychiatric diagnostic interviews, and refer to community counseling if warranted.
• Care/case management for World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP) members with complex medical health conditions, mental health conditions, and/or cancer conditions.
• Educate patients about WTC Health Program benefits and limitations.
• Perform appropriate referral and disposition planning.
• Liaison between members, our providers, and external providers treating members.
• Documentation in several databases including electronic medical record, and internal programs.
