Transformcap is seeking Licensed Clinicians to deliver both telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Gilbert, Arizona. Candidates must be independently licensed as an LCSW in Arizona and able to see at least 25 sessions weekly.

Up to $105,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.
