Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Phoenix, Arizona.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates need to be fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Arizona.
• Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.

Compensation

Up to $105,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.
