Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, coordination and delivery of clinical skills and simulation-based education programmes across undergraduate and postgraduate curricula.
• Deliver high-quality education in both education centre and clinical environments; lead simulation scenarios, facilitation and structured debriefing.
• Drive quality improvement through audit, feedback and evaluation of education programmes aligned to patient safety and governance.
• Provide supervision and support to simulation faculty, contribute to educator development, and ensure compliance with professional standards.
