Job summary

Thisiscny's Simulation Department seeks a dedicated educator to support curricular, assessment, and educational-design aspects of standardized patient and simulation-based learning. You will design and implement complex clinical learning experiences, maintain high-fidelity simulators and AV capture systems, and collaborate with faculty and leadership to meet educational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related program or education, or similar field.
• Two years of full-time experience in simulation training or as an educator/trainer.
• Experience coordinating learning activities, workshops, or seminars.
• Experience operating simulation AV/recording systems and high-fidelity simulators or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support curricular, assessment, and educational-design aspects of SP and simulation-based learning.
• Design and implement complex clinical learning experiences.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate SPs; develop and refine simulation case materials.
• Configure, operate, and maintain simulators, AV capture systems, and related equipment.
• Collaborate with faculty and leadership to identify educational needs and deliver outcomes.
