Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required; 8+ years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Master's degree in nursing preferred.
• Experience leading simulation programs and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of high-fidelity simulation scenarios.
• Serve as simulation liaison for courses, coordinating faculty, staff, and external clients.
• Manage resources, scheduling, and performance feedback during simulation events.
• Oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, and professional development for simulation personnel.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in simulation and clinical education.
