The role requires a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy or Chiropractic, at least three years of healthcare leadership, California licensure, and BLS/CPR qualifications, plus a valid driver’s license for

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Physical Therapy or Chiropractic.
• 3 years leadership experience in healthcare.
• 2 years supervising in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships, inspire staff, and develop career plans.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned clinics and programs.
• Monitor productivity, revenue, and expenses and generate reports.
• Provide direct patient services within licensure scope.
• Participate in organizational planning and continuous improvement.
