Job summary

Family Health Centers of San Diego is seeking a Clinical Site Manager, Physical Therapist to provide operational management for Physical Rehabilitation Services across assigned clinics. The role includes 60% direct patient care as a clinician, while leading teams and ensuring high-quality, accessible care for diverse, underserved populations.

The successful candidate will oversee staffing, training, documentation, and compliance, collaborating with senior management to meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree of Physical Therapy required.
• Current California state clinical licensure as Physical Therapist.
• 3 years leadership experience in Healthcare.
• 2 years experience leading or supervising in Clinical setting.
• CPR/First Aid/BLS or related advanced resuscitation certification.

Responsibilities

• Build and oversee day-to-day operations of assigned clinics.
• Provide clinical oversight for Physical Rehabilitation Services.
• Ensure documentation meets department and insurance standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for care standards.
• Develop and implement improvement plans based on data.
• Participate in continuous improvement using Lean tools.
