Job summary

The role requires CA licensure (MFT/LCSW/Clinical Psychologist), a Master’s in Social Work or Psychology, 3 years in social services, 2–3 years in clinical supervision, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed in California as MFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist.
• Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology required.
• 3 years of experience in social service/behavioral health with administrative experience.
• 2–3 years of clinical supervision preferred.
• 1–2 years in supervision of mental health services preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships and coach staff across clinics.
• Administer day-to-day operations and scheduling for assigned clinics.
• Ensure trainings and compliance with licensure requirements.
• Monitor revenue, expenses and data reporting to support improvements.
• Oversee documentation accuracy and timely completion.
• Collaborate with Mental Health Senior Management on planning and strategy.
• Travel between sites is required as an essential function.
