Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research, LLC is seeking a Clinical Site Director to lead a multi-site operations team at the Woodstock, GA location. You will drive site performance, ensure protocol/GCP compliance, and coordinate with clinical operations, business development, finance, and quality teams to meet milestones and budgets.

You will oversee staffing, training, risk mitigation, and patient safety, ensuring timely execution of visits and data quality across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years clinical research experience; 2+ years site management experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Overall site management and leadership to drive site performance and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Patient Recruitment, Finance, and Quality to meet milestones and budgets.
• Review dashboards and systems to ensure on-time execution of visits, visits/calls, duration and frequency.
• Manage staffing, allocations, and risk mitigation to keep study deliverables on track.
• Provide training on protocol specifics, CRFs, SOPs, and study timelines.
• Ensure GCP, FDA regulations, and company policies are followed.
• Oversee site staff and assess process and training compliance; address emerging risks.
• Develop and support corrective action plans at site and study level.
• Handle payroll, hiring, onboarding, and staff development as needed.
• Collaborate with investigators to ensure patient safety and sponsor goals.
