Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of clinical research experience.
• 2+ years of clinical research site management experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall site management and drive site performance.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Patient Recruitment, Finance, and QA to meet milestones and budgets.
• Review dashboards and trial systems to ensure timely execution of visits and data.
• Oversee staffing allocations and identify risks to delivery or quality.
• Provide initial and ongoing training on SOPs, CRF completion and GCP guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, GCP, FDA regulations and company policies.
