Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Site Director to lead a multi-site operation in Woodstock, GA, ensuring study execution per ICH, GCP and FDA guidelines. You will oversee on-site activities, staffing, budgets and quality data to sponsors, driving enrollment, activation targets and timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of clinical research experience and at least 2 years in site management; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of clinical research experience or equivalent.
• 2+ years of clinical research site management experience required.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall site management and leadership to drive site performance and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Patient Recruitment, Finance, Contracts and QA to meet milestones and budgets.
• Review performance dashboards and clinical systems to ensure timely execution of activities and data updates.
• Oversee staffing, training, risk management, and escalation of delivery or quality risks.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans at site and study level.
• Manage payroll, absence tracking, new hire orientation, and training per needs.
• Collaborate with investigators to ensure patient safety and sponsor goals.
• Participate in management/site meetings and support overall operations.
