Job summary

Accel Research Sites in Decatur, GA is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to lead the clinical research staff and drive study performance in line with ICH, GCP and FDA guidelines.

The role reports to Adrienne Hilliard, requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in clinical research (CRC experience preferred). Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; you will collaborate with many departments to meet milestones and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
• 2+ years' experience as a clinical research coordinator (CRC) is required.
• 1+ years of management experience in clinical research is highly preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational performance of the clinical research staff.
• Provide on-site oversight to ensure execution and coordination of clinical research activities per ICH, GCP and FDA guidelines.
• Collaborate with departments to coordinate delivery, milestones, budgets, and sponsor data.
• Review dashboards and systems to monitor site and patient activities and ensure timely data updates.
• Oversee staffing allocations, site assignments and performance to keep study deliverables on track.
