Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of clinical research experience.
• At least 2 years of clinical research site management experience.
• English and Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for clinical site activities with emphasis on efficiency, performance, safety, and compliance.
• Collaborate with recruitment, business development, finance, contracts, and QA to achieve enrollment goals and budgets.
• Monitor site performance metrics and study progress, ensuring timely procedures and data quality.
• Manage staffing, resource allocation, and timelines to deliver study deliverables on schedule within budget.
