Job summary

Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a Patient Access Representative to be part of our clinic team in Hendersonville, NC!

As a Patient Access Representative, you will work as an integral member of the team by providing excellent customer service to all internal and external customers of BRH. This role includes assisting patients with check-in and check-out during appointments while making sure all patient data is up to date and remains confidential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of medical office experience preferred but not required; we help you learn.
• Strong communication skills for staff, patients, providers and colleagues.
• Team player who supports a positive environment across departments.
• Desire to work with a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with check-in and check-out during appointments.
• Ensure patient data is up to date and remains confidential.
• Answer patient phone calls to help schedule appointments.
