Base pay range

$39,000.00/yr - $49,400.00/yr

Job Responsibilities

The Consultative Pharmacy Technician 1 acts as an intake for all calls from patients, pharmacies, and providers. Performs basic administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks. Handles routine and patterned assignments, addresses questions related to specific areas, assists with medication research, triages calls requiring pharmacist consultation, and makes outbound calls to promote medication therapy management programs.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy Technician or Tech in Training license
• Technical Mail Order Pharmacy or Manufacturing experience
• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a pharmacy-related call center
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with multiple computer applications and data entry skills
• Positive, proactive attitude and passion for customer service

Residency Requirement: Candidates must reside in Arizona, Ohio, Florida, or Texas.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 2:30pm - 11:00pm EST
• Availability for every 3rd Saturday, 10:00am - 6:30pm EST, with a weekday off during the rotation

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual in Spanish
