Job summary

LightHouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a full-time Manager, Clinical Services to support patients and students across LightHouse’s service area. The role combines intake caseload management (49%) with daily supervision of the Clinical Services team and collaboration with multiple departments.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a clinical setting, strong communication, and experience coordinating care plans; bilingual abilities and braille knowledge

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a clinical setting; team management preferred.
• Bicultural and bilingual welcomed (ASL, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, Tagalog, Vietnamese).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong MS Office and database skills.
• Ability to formulate individual, sequential training plan.
• Knowledge of braille desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an intake caseload of 49% and supervise the Clinical Services team.
• Create and maintain Clinical Services schedule with Clinic Coordinator and Intake Team.
• Facilitate regular Clinical Services meetings to review goals and progress.
• Manage Enhanced Care Management program with VP, Rehab and Clinical Services.
• Ensure processes are documented and followed for grants, contracts, and private medical insurance; compliance and billing.
• Maintain reporting to external medical authorizers.
• Conduct quarterly and annual staff goals and reviews.
• Provide budget oversight and planning.
