Job summary

LightHouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired in Santa Rosa is seeking a full-time Manager, Clinical Services to support patients and students across LightHouse’s service area. The role focuses on supervising the Clinical Services team and maintaining a 49% intake caseload.

The Manager will coordinate with the VP, Rehab and Clinical Services, oversee budget and reporting, and ensure compliance with grants, contracts, and private insurance while delivering high-quality services to blind and VI

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical setting experience; team management preferred.
• Bicultural/bilingual abilities welcomed (ASL, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, Tagalog, Vietnamese).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong MS Office and database entry skills.
• Knowledge of braille is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of Clinical Services team.
• Maintains an active Service Navigation caseload of 49% of work time.
• Collaborates with Intake Coordinators for smooth student intakes and assessments.
• Collaborates with Rehab and Clinical Services to ensure timely referrals and responses.
• Create LightHouse ISP and support students in following this plan; monthly check-ins.
