Edgewood Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Services Director to set the tone for the clinical department and guide our nurses and caregivers in delivering exceptional resident care.

This full-time, day-shift role requires an RN license and a minimum of three years of clinical experience, with geriatrics or dementia experience preferred; it includes staffing, training, and regulatory compliance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience
• Experience with geriatrics, dementia, or assisted living preferred

As a Clinical Services Director at Edgewood, you’ll set the tone for the entire clinical department. You will help our nurses and caregivers provide the best care possible for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain appropriate resident care
• Assess current and prospective residents
• Participate in care conferences with families
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies
• Hire, train, and supervise clinical staff
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies

Qualifications:

• Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Three years clinical experience
• Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired
• Passion and drive for helping others
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
